Voting took place after speeches. All other positions were unopposed.

Budget review written by Treasurer Andy Bursten and read by Steve Goldklang in Andy's absence.

Eric Bloom presented an update on the Order of the Leaf website.

Discussion of fundraisers took place. Comments involved having fundraisers similar to Circle at Camp Louise.

There was no new business.

The 2009-2010 officer election results were announced.
